SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 24-36 hours of receiving payment and verification. Be aware that email orders are fulfilled based on availability at the time the email is checked. All orders will receive an email confirming its shipment, as well as a tracking number. All orders are subjected to undergo evaluation by our fraud detection services. If your payment is declined, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund.

The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We will only ship to address provided at checkout.

Domestic and International - 3-5 Business Days once tracking is sent.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping and handling rates for domestic orders are calculated upon checkout.
Prices may decrease or increase depending on products or quantity being purchased.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via EMS.
All orders shipping to Russia MUST go to a business address. If shipment is returned, we will not refund original shipping or cover any reshipment costs.
NOTE: Barber & apparel Nakamura store is not responsible for any duty or customs incurred when placing international orders. Please take this into consideration prior to making purchases.

ORDERS/RETURNS
Our Barber & apparel Nakamura store(NK supply) policy allows for returns capes up to 14 days from the original purchase date for online credit only or exchange.
If you are eligible for a return, please contact nakasho@mandarism.com for return instructions.
Limited releases is all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes our collaborations and other brand-to-brand collaborations.
All sale items are final purchase and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Barber & apparel Nakamura store(NK supply) does NOT cover return shipping. Returned products cannot be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. In the event you were shipped the wrong item or size or a defective product, please contact us immediately.
Items sent back without a return authorization will be denied. For any exchanges, cancellations or returns extended as a courtesy outside of our terms, or are returned with no authorization, a restocking fee will apply ($10 Restock fee cancellation, no authorization 15% fee). We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

海外発送
国際注文はEMS経由で出荷されます。
ロシアに出荷されるすべての注文は、ビジネスアドレスに送らなければなりません。出荷が返品された場合、元の送料を払い戻すことも、再配送費用をカバーすることもありません。
